HEALTHIER COFFEE RECIPES
Morning Cold Brew Mix Recipe
16oz of cold brew coffee
1 tbsp emulsified MCT oil
1 tbsp organic grass-fed heavy cream
liquid stevia to taste, stir or shake and enjoy
Keto Coffee
2 cups coffee
1-2 tbsp MCT oil
1-2 tbsp grass fed butter
1 tbsp organic grass-fed heavy cream (optional)
sweetener of choice (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp cacao butter (optional)
pinch of cinnamon on top (optional)
Bulletproof or Paleo Coffee
1 cup coffee
1 tbsp grass fed butter
1 tbsp MCT oil
sweetener of choice (optional)
pinch of cinnamon on top (optional)
blend and enjoy
Easy Way to Make Cold Brew Using a French Press
This recipe will yield a smoother cold brew. If you want to make a cold brew concentrate, we suggest modifying the recipe using 3 cups of water for every 2 cups of ground coffee.
Use a medium Grind of 60-65 grams or if you don't have a scale use 9 tablespoons of ground coffee. Each tablespoon weighs approximately 7 grams so this will put your brew within the optimal ratio.
Place ground coffee in French press.
Fill up with room temp or cold water to just under the spout which should be a little less than 32oz or 4 cups. Make sure to leave a little room for placing the top plunger. Put on the top plunger, but DO NOT plunge. Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours. If making a concentrate, you can always add water and/or pour over ice.
Plunge and enjoy!!
Coffee Protein Shake
2 cups Ice Cubes
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup Milk (or any creamer or milk of choice)
1 Banana
1-2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder (or any flavor you like)
1 cup Coffee, cooled (or cold brew)
Stevia or sweetener (optional)
Café Mocha Healthier Version
1 cup coffee
1 tsp honey, liquid stevia, agave (or sweetener of choice)
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup milk
Stir until well mixed.
To do an iced version use cold brew and pour over ice. We suggest using frozen coffee cubes to retain coffee taste and keep the intensity.
ADULT COFFEE RECIPES
Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz Coffee
1 oz Vodka
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz Kahlua
Shake all contents on Ice. Pour and strain into chilled martini glass.
Carajillo
4 oz Coffee (or 1 shot of hot espresso)
1.5 oz Licor 43
In an Old-Fashioned glass, pour 1.5 oz of Licor 43 over ice
Slowly pour Coffee over the top
White Russian
1 oz Vodka.
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Coffee
1/2 oz Whole Milk or Heavy Cream.
Ice.
Shake Vodka, Kahlua, and Cream on Ice. Pour into serving glass, and top with Coffee
Irish Iced Coffee
3 oz Coffee or Cold Brew
1.5 oz Bailey’s
1.5 oz Jameson
Shake Jameson and Bailey’s on Ice. Pour with ice into serving glass, pour Coffee or Cold Brew into glass
Top with whipped cream and nutmeg
Anatolia Cafe
1 oz Cognac
1 oz Cherry Liquor
0.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
3.75 oz Coffee or Cold Brew
Shake all contents, strain and serve in Irish Coffee Mug.
The Truffle
1oz Frangelico
1oz Vodka
1oz Rx Coffee or Cold Brew Coffee
Shake on ice. Strain and serve in a chilled martini glass.
Coke Bomb
Coca-Cola (or Diet Coke)
Flavored Syrup of Choice (optional)
3 oz of Coffee or Cold Brew Coffee (or double shot of espresso)
Café Caribbean
1 oz Rum
½ oz Amaretto
8 oz Hot Coffee
Garnish with Whipped Cream & Shaved Almonds
Irish Winter Spiked Coffee
½ oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
¾ oz Kahlua
¾ oz Irish Cream Liquor
4 oz Coffee
Garnish with Whipped Cream
Caramel Irish Coffee
1 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
2 ½ oz Coffee
Garnish with Whipped Cream & Caramel Syrup
